You will receive a proposal with scope, investment, timeline and maintenance before you commit. These depend on the integrations and complexity of your process.

Who are we?
Cygnus Dev is comprised of a team of professionals with over 10 years of experience in software development. We have worked in banking, customer service, and entertainment for both national and international companies. Our members include individuals associated with established firms with over 20 years in the market. We combine this experience with custom automation and human oversight for key decisions. You will be able to review your process with a specialized consultant.
Do you only serve businesses in Colombia?
Colombia is our initial market, but we also serve businesses in other countries. We evaluate each project based on its tools, operation, and local requirements.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
The initial feasibility assessment is free of charge. We then define a proposal covering scope, investment, timelines, and maintenance; there is no universal rate or timeframe. We do not begin implementation without prior agreement. Extensions for inventory, purchasing, commissions, targets, loyalty, multiple locations, telephony and specialised integrations are assessed individually for each business.
How is my information protected?
We agree on purpose, access and permissions before connecting real data. You can read our privacy policy and request access, correction or deletion through our business email. The virtual advisor uses OpenAI to suggest possible automations based on your business description. Avoid sharing confidential information or third-party data. Proposal contact details are collected separately and are not sent to the model.
What if my tool doesn't have an API?
We review authorized options such as exports, files, or connectors. If a reliable connection does not exist, we propose a manual step or a different scope before promising automation.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Only if the project needs to automate conversations on that channel. Web, email, scheduling and reporting workflows can start without WhatsApp. For WhatsApp, we assess access to Meta's platform, permissions and channel costs; the app alone does not replace an integration.
Who maintains the system?
We agree with you on responsibilities, follow-up, support, and recurring costs. Your team retains control over exceptions and key decisions; maintenance conditions are outlined in the proposal.
Can you connect to invoicing and payments in Colombia?
We can evaluate Siigo or Alegra for invoicing, Wompi or Mercado Pago for payments, and Shopify or Google Sheets for operations. Feasibility depends on the plan, APIs, and permissions; electronic invoicing requirements are reviewed with the provider and the business.
