Request deletion
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion — Cygnus Dev”, or message WhatsApp +57 310 846 8810. A person handles this request; this page does not delete data automatically.
What you should include
Indicate whether you used the web form, Order Automation Pilot, or WhatsApp, the email or phone number used, and whether you wish to delete a conversation, a quote request, or all associated records. Do not send passwords, banking information, or copies of your ID initially.
How we assist you
We acknowledge receipt, verify your identity proportionally, locate the records under our control, and resolve the request within applicable legal timeframes. If information is missing or an allowed extension is needed, we will inform you. We will confirm the deletion or explain which data must be retained due to legal or contractual obligations and the corresponding timeframe.
Scope and limits
Requests may cover contacts, messages, quote requests, and associated records under our control. Backups may require their expiration cycle and remain restricted until then. Deletion in our system does not automatically erase copies on the buyer's phone, business conversations, or records held by Meta, Google, or other providers; we will indicate the corresponding channel or manage the request where applicable.
Demo and other requests
The fictitious web chat is kept in the page's memory: "New chat" or reloading resets that local context, but does not delete logs retained by Google or other providers. For access, correction, or revocation, use the same contact channels. This service is free of charge. Consult /privacy/ for the responsible party and processing purposes.
